Our Product Warranty
We are proud to include a one year warranty on all our key fob.
- This warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship, although we are confident that you won’t need to use it.
- The warranty does not include any naturally occurring variations in the leather or its colour, this is a natural product and, as such, variations do occur.
- The key fob must have been used as described for its intended purposes and with a duty of care.
- Validated warranty claims are at first repaired, and failing that, replaced at no charge. The cost of return shipping for warranty claims is paid by the customer.
- Returned or replaced key fobs will be shipped back to the customer free of charge.
