What Courier Options Are Available?

The majority of our parcels are despatched using Royal Mail. This ensures we can keep our postage costs at a sensible level and charge accordingly.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Parcel?

We aim to despatch all orders on the same, or next working day. We quote 3-5 working days for our United Kingdom and European orders. Please see Delivery Information for other regions.

Will The Parcel Fit Through My Letterbox?

Yes, our parcel sizes are all letterbox friendly.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are subject to cross-border inspection; if the parcel has breached a country’s import thresholds, it may be subject to potential custom charges.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We presently only offer a standard delivery shipment. For clarity, we do not currently offer a Next Day or Saturday delivery services. We do however review our postage options periodically.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use Stripe as our main payment gateway partner. This means we can accept the majority of debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & AMEX.

We also have an integration with PayPal to allow payments through their portal.

When Are My Funds Collected?

No, you do not need to set up an account to place your order.

From time to time we do offer discounts and voucher codes through our email and social media. Please sign up to receive our e-mails and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter in the footer below.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you contact Customer Services through our Contact Us page we can hopefully cancel or change your order before it is despatched. Please note we aim to despatch all orders the same or the next working day. If the parcel has already been despatched you will then need to go through our standard Returns & Refund processes.

How Do I Track My Order?

Currently, we do not provide any links for tracking orders. We are a small business so as we grow we hope to extend our shipping offering.

Where Do We Manufacture Our Products?

The key fobs are designed in Great Britain and manufactured by a premium leather goods manufacturer in India. This manufacturer is an expert in high-end leather goods and produces items for a number of top Swiss Watch manufacturers as well as other internationally recognised premium brands.

They are committed to environmental stewardship through their LWG Membership and are an SA8000 certified company and adhere to International Standards ISO – 9001:2015.

Can The Packaging Be Recycled?

Yes, all our product and parcel packaging is fully recyclable.

Are The Products Inspected Before Despatch?

Yes, each piece is inspected before being despatched to our customers. Our aim is to ensure that every customer receives their key fob in perfect condition.
