We want you to be delighted with the quality of your key fob. However, if for any reason you do wish to return it, please do so within 30 days of receipt and in its original condition for either a full refund or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receipt.

Faulty Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know straight away and we will either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost. Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
